What do I need to do before my Spray Tan?
To get the optimum result you need to exfoliate and moisturise your body the night before. On the day of the Spray Tan do not put any moisturiser, make-up or deodrant. If possible also wear loose dark clothing. The spray tan solution is safe and washes out however it is best to wear casual clothes.
What do I need to do after my Spray Tan?
The spraytan needs to be on for 8 hours then shower to remove any excess solution leaving a perfect tan.
How long does a Spray Tan usually last for?
Your tan will last approx 7 days.
Will a Spray Tan be OK when you have a pale complexion?
Sienna X has various levels and looks perfect for both pale and dark complexions, giving you a healthy and natural look. Sienna X is 100% safe and does not make you orange like some other solutions.
How can I pay for one of your Beauty Gift Vouchers?
We accept cheques or payment through Paypal. Any cheque will need to cleared before the voucher can be sent out. For Paypal we will send you an invoice to your email address, you can then pay by credit/debit card in the normal way.
Do you provide different styles of vouchers?
Yes, we currently proovide 4 different styles. Please review our Beauty Gift Vouchers page for further information
Can I state what I would like on the Voucher?
Yes, simply let us know your personal message and we will add to the design. Our Beauty Vouchers are all uniquely designed to provide that personal touch.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes we can offer a Massage for both of you, one after the other
Will there be any visible lines after my Spray Tan?
No. There will be no visible lines. I always respect the client's modesty so as the client it is your choice as to whether to leave your bra on or not. I leave this down to the client to decide, some prefer not to whereas some do.
Can my treatments be completed at your home?
Yes. The majority of my clients have their treatments completed at their home for convenience, however you are more than welcome to have them done at my house if you wish.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
I am happy to complete your treatments in the day time or evening, whatever suits you best. I also work on Saturday's however this depends upon the treatments required and the location.
I would like to organise a Girly pamper night in with my friends - can you help?
Yes definitely. I have several clients that do this on a regular basis. All I would need is a list of the treatments required before hand to work out how best we can fit this into your planned night. If you are planning a Spray Tan party of 5 or more then as the hostess you will automatically qualify for a free Spray Tan. Please check out our Special Offers section for further info.<
Why do I need a patch test before tinting or perming?
A patch test is required to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients within the products.
What areas would you consider travelling to?
This varies and depends upon the treatments being requested, however the areas I mostly cover include Harold Wood, Gidea Park, Romford, Upminster, Hornchurch, Brentwood & Shenfield. If there are multiple treatments then I would also consider travelling to further areas.
What payments options do you accept?
I will accept cash or cheque with a guarantee card, or a pre-paid payment via Paypal.
How frequently should I have my treatments?
- Eyelash/Brow Tint (every 4-6 weeks)
- Facial (every 4 weeks)
- Manicure (every 2-4 weeks)
- Pedicure (every 2-4 weeks)
- Waxing (every 4 - 6 weeks depending upon hair growth)
- Massage (usually between 2 - 4 weeks but will depend upon the individual and their lifestyle)
- Ear Candling (varies depending upon the clients symptoms - balance, wax build up etc)
What clothing should I wear for a massage?
Beauty Heaven always respects a client’s modesty when doing a massage, We therefore keep you well covered with towels at all times. You can keep your underwear on and you would usually have your Bra unclipped in order to reach all parts of the back. If you are just having a Back Neck and Shoulder Massage you can keep your trousers on so long as it’s possible to push them down off your waist so we can treat the base of your spine. During a massage oil is ued so it’s obviously a good idea not to wear all your best gear. It does not usually stain but it's best not to take a chance.
