  4. Use make up that do not clog the pores and always remove before going to bed
  5. Think carefully about Skin care products to purchase
  6. Wash the affected areas with a cleanser designed for acne-prone skin
  7. Shower as soon as possible after perspiring
  8. Always seek advice from a local Dermatologists if unsure
